I am a food consultant based in the UK and I specialise in Halal supply chains.
I work with companies in Europe, Middle East and South East Asia and have clients in various halal food sectors.
I have looked at your company's profile and would like to contribute in the event as a speaker. My particular topic of discussion is based on How Halal is our Supply Chain on a global basis. I have experienced gross abuse in the manufacture, label and distribution of so called 'halal' food and am very disturbed. My intention is for muslims to be aware of this problem so that the Ummah can benefit from my experience.
